About Good Food Near You
The Good Food Channel is championing all that's great about regional British food businesses.
Thanks to our Local Food Hero campaign, which ran between 2006 and 2009, we now have a directory of over 6,000 UK food businesses. From farm shops to food producers, online businesses and more, only the highest quality food outlets are listed.
During the campaign, we asked food lovers across the nation to nominate and vote for those establishments that help put great food on our plates. We were looking for passionate businesses with outstanding produce that add value to the local community. See the full criteria from Local Food Hero here.
Thanks to your contributions and some of the producers the Good Food Channel's programmes have visited recently, we have detailed listings throughout the UK which include customer reviews, award information and pictures. Recently we have also added the details of quality food producers featured in Good Food Channel programmes such as Market Kitchen: Big Adventure.
If you can't find your favourite food establishment on our map, don't despair you will be able to add that soon too.
