General terms and conditions - uploading images
1. LICENCE
Where you submit content (“Your Content”) to this Website (including without limitation any text, graphics, photos, video or audio) by such submission you grant UKTV Interactive Ltd (“UKTV”) a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any Your Content and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media, now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in Your Content. If you do not wish to grant such rights to UKTV you should not submit Your Content to the Website.
2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
By submitting Your Content to this Website, you:
(i) confirm that you are over 18;
(ii) warrant that Your Content is your OWN ORIGINAL WORK and that you have the right to make it available to UKTV for all the purposes specified above or in accordance with the Privacy Policy;

- any moving images not recorded by you,

- any images of other people who have not given you permission to upload images of them to the Website,
- any statement about a person that may be harmful to that person’s reputation,
- anything that is offensive in itself or when taken in the context of other content on the Website.
