Indian Food Made Easy

Food writer and chef Anjum Anand is on a mission to help novices cook delicious, healthy Indian cuisine. Journeying the length and breadth of Britain she shows how the different regional flavours of the Indian subcontinent can be found from Bengali cuisine in London to the spicy Punjabi dishes found in Glasgow.

In one episode she travels to Leicester to help rugby captain Scottie make a Gujurati curry for his team, in another she heads to Bradford to help a volunteer chef on board a steam train make a classic rogan josh, in another curry-phobic James gets a masterclass in cooking up a Bengali feast.
