Please read the terms and conditions before submitting your photos.



  • Please only send photos taken personally by you, or your family, for non-professional and non-commercial purposes.


  • In contributing to our Local Food Directory you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. This may include the transmission of the material by our overseas partners; these are all reputable foreign news broadcasters who are prohibited from altering the material in any way or making it available to other UK broadcasters or to the print media.

  • It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to the Local Food Directory. UKTV cannot guarantee that all pictures will be used and we reserve the right to edit your comments.

  • Before submitting a photo, please ensure that you own the copyright in it or that the copyright owner has consented to UKTV using it. You must indemnify UKTV for any loss that UKTV suffers if your photo infringes someone's copyright.

  • On submitting an entry, each entrant irrevocably and exclusively grants and assigns to the Promoter with full title guarantee the entire copyright and all other rights of whatever nature in its entry for the full duration of such rights throughout the world.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
