Carol Wilson is a food and cookery writer, member of the Guild of Food Writers and a judge for the Slow Biodiversity Food Awards.
She contributes regularly to UKTV Food, plus a variety of print publications including Country Kitchen, Waitrose Food Illustrated, Living France and Gastronomica (USA).
TV credits include championing British food on Swiss and German TV and cooking with children on local Yorkshire television. She has written and co-written several cook books.
Carol is an enthusiastic supporter of artisan producers and is especially interested in regional recipes and culinary traditions throughout the world.
