Gordon Ramsay protégé Marcus Wareing is one of Britain's most acclaimed young chefs.
Marcus has worked with Albert Roux and Marco Pierre White in London, as well as French chef Daniel Boulud at New York's top-rated restaurant, Le Cirque.
He now runs Marcus Wareing at the Savoy Grill.
