Food writer Stefan Gates is obsessed with extraordinary food.
Stefan was discovered as a food presenter after his friend filmed him cooking strange things. His introduced the nation to gastronomic adventure in his first series, Full On Food. He also presented UKTV Food's Food Uncut.
