Seattle chef Tom Douglas owns four of Seattle's most famous restaurants including Lola, which opened in July 2004.

From house building to railroad car repair to wine selling, Tom had range of jobs before settling as a chef. He is now renowned for championing local ingredients and his enthusiasm for the city's ethnic traditions.
