Trained in France, Andrew Fairlie has earned the much-coveted Michelin Star at two different restaurants, one of them his own venture.

One of Britain's finest chefs his eponymous restaurant, Andrew Fairlie @ Gleneagles, is regarded as Scotland's leading eatery. Here he cooks French food with a Scottish twist. Accolades include cooking for delegates at the G8 Summit in July 2005.
