Charita Jones
Charita Jones came to fame through Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares, which featured her Brighton restaurant, Momma Cherri's Soul Food Shack.
Charita grew up in Philadelphia. She used to cook meals for the whole family, and now serves up her family recipes for southern comfort food in her restaurant. She travelled to England in 1978 with a travelling black theatre group, fell in love with the country and never looked back.
