Katie Bishop
Young cooking talent Katie Bishop creates simple unfussy recipes.
Katie beat 32,000 entrants to win the title Young Cook of Britain in 1992. This gave her the opportunity to spend time top chefs including Sophie Grigson, Raymond Blanc and Gordon Ramsay.
Interested to know more about the origins of food, Katie went on to study for a degree in degree in agriculture and food marketing. Since graduating in 1998 she has worked in food editing and styling.
Katie has also contributed pieces to a variety of food magazines and written her first cookbook, The Ultimate Mixer Cook Book.
