Mark Baumann
Head chef Mark Baumann champions locally produced British food.
Mark trained at the Royal Champagne in France, owned by Moet & Chandon. He followed this with hotel work, including Gravetye Manor in West Sussex and the prestigious Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk. Mark now owns and runs a 16th century brasserie in the market town of Coggeshall, Essex.
His TV work includes Baumann Goes to Market, an eight episode series made for Anglia TV in 2004, celebrating fresh locally produced British food. Mark is also a valued Great Food Live guest.
