Kylie Kwong
A fifth-generation Chinese-Australian, Kylie combines cooking styles from both her heritages to make an exciting blend of Chinese and contemporary Australian cuisine.
Kylie never wanted to be a chef, but discovered a passion for food during a temporary catering job. She went on to work in restaurants, quickly rising through the ranks to become the head chef. She has since opened her own Sydney restaurant, Billy Kwong, in partnership with Bill Granger.
In 2003 Kylie made her first TV series Heart and Soul and has recently made a second series, Simply Magic.
