Mehernosh Mody
Mehernosh is the head chef at the London base of La Porte des Indes where he cooks food inspired by the French cuisine of Pondichéry and other former French trading posts in Southern India.
Mahernosh is married to Sherin Alexander Mody, a fellow chef and co-author of his cookbook, La Porte Des Indes Cookbook.
