Lesley Waters
As well as regular appearances on Great Food Live and Ready Steady Cook, Lesley has presented Can't Cook, Won't Cook and appeared on Food and Drink.
Lesley started her career as chef at Leith's (Prue Leith's Michelin-starred restaurant), later becoming head teacher at Prue's food and wine school. She now runs her own cookery school at The Manor in Dorset.
Lesley has worked in TV since 1989.
