Jeanne Rankin
Canadian-born Jeanne Rankin, a regular on Ready Steady Cook, is the wife of chef Paul Rankin.
Having met Paul while backpacking in 1980, they returned to London landing jobs at Roux Brothers' Le Gavroche. After further training in Canada, the couple returned to Belfast to set up restaurant Cayenne.
Jeanne and Paul have co-written a number of cooking books including New Irish Cookery and Ideal Home Cooking.
