Angela Gray
Food writer, broadcaster, consultant and guest chef on Great Food Live, Angela Gray is Welsh television's top chef.
Angela's love for British cuisine was inspired by her Welsh grandmother, who used ingredients from her garden and the local farm when cooking traditional meals for the family.
Angela has gone on to work in Europe, runs a cookery school in Cardiff and tours the world giving cooking demonstrations. Her traditional methods and interest in the geography of cuisine is evident in her passion for simple, home-cooked meals, and has made her one of the leading lights in the Welsh food scene.
