Ed Baines
No, he's not just a pretty face, Great Food Live presenter Ed Baines is the chef and co-owner of Randall & Aubin, the hip 'n' happening champagne and oyster bar in Soho.
Ed began his career as an apprentice at The Dorchester under Anton Mosimann, going on to work at such landmark restaurants as Bibendum and the River Cafe before opening and becoming head chef at Daphne's in South Kensington.
Ed is the star of UKTV Food's programmes Cupid's Dinners and Chefs at Sea. He published his first book, Entertain, in 2004.
Now the owner of no less than four stylish London eateries, Ed has clearly established himself as one of the hottest young chefs on the circuit today.
