Linguine

Linguine is a long thin noodle, similar to spaghetti but flat rather than round.

Like other pastas the basic dough recipe is a simple combination of strong durum wheat and water.

Linguine is a versatile pasta shape that works especially well with lightly textured sauces such as tomato-based sauces or pesto, with or without pieces of food such as shellfish or fine green beans.

Keep dried linguine in a cool dry dark place and consume within 2 years.

Fresh linguine should be consumed with three days of purchase; alternatively, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
