Cheesecake recipes to indulge in, including James Martin's ginger and banoffee mini cheesecakes, triple layer berry cheesecakes and an easy chocolate cheesecake.
The triple berry cheesecakes say 100ml blueberry/raspberry and strawberry puree - would this simply be cooked down fruit (without sugar??)and then presumably sieved?? Has anyone made this and what did they do? Ali
I cooked this cheesecake yesterday for the first time and it turned out great and tasted delicious. And it set perfectly. I didn't put the maltesers into the base and they weren't missed. Mums not a big cheesecake lover but she gave this one a thumbs up. Very rich and wouldn't eat a big slice.
