Thierry Laborde
Thierry comes from a working-class family in South-West France where money was tight but good food plentiful. Thierry and his wife Natalie, have opened a restaurant with a twist - the customer does the cooking. Punters book a session at The Kitchen in London's Parson's Green, then turn up and are guided through preparing the meal by Thierry or one of his chefs. The concept has proved very popular, since a whole week's cooking can be done in just one day.
