The Experience
With locations in London there are a range of courses that you can choose from. Led by Eric Sabourin and Margaret Silbermann who are both well established in the wholesale sector of the British wine trade. Each holds a diploma of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and is advanced in their Masters of Wine studies. They have travelled extensively to the world's wine regions and have acquired valuable practical knowledge in their field
Matching food with wine - £35
How many times have you ruined a nice bottle of wine by matching it up with a curry or a kebab? No matter how good your wine is, pair it up with the wrong meal and you might as well be drinking a glass of pond water.
You will spend two hours tasting the wines and experimenting with different wines and food combinations. This will be followed by an open discussion with more wine, cheese and biscuits.
Fine wine tasting - £45
With a large selection of wines so fine that most of us would choke at the price tag, you will get a staggering insight into the wonderful world of wine.
Wine tasting and discussion followed by more wine with some cheese and biscuits
Champagne tasting - £49
You will taste eight different Champagnes, learn all about the Champagne region and production methods, and you will even get some handy hints on how to distinguish brands and match Champagne with different dishes.
Actual tasting includes eight different champagnes. Canapés will be served to help the bubbles go down
Included on all tastings are glasses, notes on the wine, maps of the wine regions, a sample of wine and food, cheese and biscuits.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation letter, full information pack and an open-dated voucher valid for 12 months.
All workshops take place in Central London. Disabled access is available. Courses begin at 7pm and finish at 9pm on various dates throughout the year. Please report 15-minutes before the actual time 6.45pm and allow two hours for the whole experience.
To book a date for the workshop, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack or on the gift voucher. It is advised that you book at least four weeks in advance. Though all bookings are subject to availability, last minute places are sometimes available.
