Alan Rosenthal
Alan Rosenthal started his company, Stewed, in 2008 with a small stall at Alexandra Palace Farmers' Market, in the same year big supermarket chains wanted to stock the stews and in 2009, Alan published his first book with 80 one-pot recipes from all over the world.
Stewed pots are now stocked in supermarkets nationwide and at Stewed kiosks at Reading and Clapham Junction station.
