Recommended by Lonely Planet and in Time Out London, MiMi has appeared on-line in the Guardian, BBC Good Food, and Serious Eats, and her recipes have been featured on Channel 4 Food to accompany the TV show “Gordon Ramsay’s Great Escapes”.
MiMi held her first pop-up at The Wild Garlic owned by Mat Follas who won MasterChef in 2009, and she is co-founder of the Grazing Asia Supperclub which launched at Jamie Oliver’s flagship restaurant Fifteen last year. This year she was one of the brains behind Stir Wars, a Star Wars themed charity dinner for the Make A Wish Foundation, and Lunchy Peach, a Momofuku tribute with Tim Anderson who won MasterChef in 2011.
