Cook, food writer and leading New Zealand publisher of cookbooks, Annabel Langbein has sold close to 1 million copies of her cookbooks in North America, Europe and Australasia.
Gaining inspiration from her early life living as a hippy and living entirely off the land for all her food needs. Hunting, fishing, catching eels, running trap lines and jumping out of helicopters for live-deer recovery as a means of making a living, Annabel experimented for years with all the wonders that the nature of New Zealand provided.
With no formal training, Annabel has worked professionally in the kitchen for the last 20 years sharing her natural knowledge.
