Tom Kerridge

A West Country chef who started his career in local Gloucestershire.

Moving to London in his twenties, Tom gained experience in prestigious restaurants including Odettes, Rhodes in the Square, Stephen Bull and The Capital.

Achieving a Michelin star at Adlards, Norwich, Tom then moved to Norwich where he opened the Hand & Flowers in 2005. Still going strong, this highest rated gastro-pub has received 2 Michelin stars, 3 AA Rosettes and various other awards including ‘Best Dish’ awards for their fish and chips.
