Gary Mehigan
UK-born Gary Mehigan did his apprenticeship in London, going on to work in the The Connaught Hotel, and Le Souffle Restaurant before moving to Melbourne, Australia. Gary now owns a number of restaurants, and appears in Australian cooking shows, including MasterChef Australia.
