Miguel Meastre

Spaniard Miguel Maestre grew up in a food-loving family, and at 21 years old moved to Scotland to work in a kitchen. This gave Miguel the chance to improve his English and hone his culinary skills. Miguel worked his way up through the ranks at Indigo Yard in Edinburgh, and then went back to Spain before moving permanently to Australia. Miguel is currently Head Chef of Number One Wine Bar in Sydney.
