Aleasha Williams
Aleasha is a busy sales and marketing manager, working for three businesses and made the finals of our Talent Search.
Her father worked very long hours and her mother has a repertoire of three dishes, so it was down to her Gran to provide Aleasha with her cooking skills.
Well travelled, she is opinionated about food, and loves aromatic Thai cooking – Thai green curry is her favourite.
She enjoys flicking though through cookbooks and is especially tempted by colourful photographs, although she admits she rarely goes onto cook the dish.
