Meet 21 year old Ben Ebbrell: entrepreneur, student in Culinary Arts Management at University College Birmingham ane one of our three Talent Search finalists.
Ben is not just a keen cook, he also loves the management side of running a kitchen, and hopes to open a restaurant one day.
He describes his favourite food as simple, honest and comforting, and says the humble sausage and bean casserole is his favourite dish. He also draws influence from his travels, especially Asian, which he fell in love with on a trip to Thailand.
Although Ben is still relatively young, he has already done a stint in Jean Christophe Novelli’s kitchen, and says he admires him greatly for his passion.
