Trish Deseine

She’s the equivalent of a French Nigella and if there’s one thing Trish Deseine is passionate about it’s the cuisine of her beloved France.

When she first visited Paris from her native Belfast twenty years ago she soon discovered that food, eating and cooking are deeply infused into the French psyche.

Deseine has written many award-winning recipe books in both French and English, including Trish’s French Kitchen, Nobody Does It Better: Why French Home Cooking Is Still The Best In The World and Caramel, all of which demonstrate French cooking with confidence and style.
