Daniel Galmiche
Charming French chef Daniel Galmiche is currently cooking up a storm in London’s West End at the Claremont Club.
Brought up on an organic farm in Eastern France, Daniel was born into a world of fresh produce. Taking up a three year apprenticeship with chef Ynes Lalloz after leaving school, the young man further developed his skills in field-to-plate French food.
Daniel’s career has since taken him all over the world - holding responsible posts in Portugal, teaching at a cooking school in France, winning Master Chef of the Year in Scotland and receiving a Michelin Star at Harvey’s in Bristol.
When not in the kitchen, Daniel finds time to demonstrate at events, write columns for various publications and regularly appears on national television.
