Claire Clark

Claire is regarded as one of the world's top pastry chefs, working in California's infamous French Laundry restaurant.

British born Clare Clark has worked in some of the world's best restaurants including Claridges Hotel in Mayfair and The Wolseley on Piccadilly. In 2005 she moved to California to become the head pastry chef at The French Laundry, arguably America's most admired restaurant.
