Aiden Byrne
Aiden Byrne joined London's Dorchester hotel as Head Chef of The Grill in 2006.
Aiden worked at Tom Aikens, one of London's most critically acclaimed restaurants. He went on to work a number of other Michelin-starred establishments in Ireland and the UK, including 3 years as Head Chef at Adlards Restaurant in Norwich, where at the age of 22 he won a Michelin star.
At The Dorchester, Aiden has made his restaurant a showcase for the best British produce, shattering the myth that British cooking has to be heavy, rich and old-fashioned.
