Sam and Eddie Hart

Spanish brothers Sam and Eddie Hart own popular London restaurants Fino and Barrafina.

Determined to bring quality modern tapas to London, the Hart brothers set up Fino with an aim deliver the best of both Spanish and British produce. They brought along with them influences from cities where they had lived, including Mexico City, Madrid and Barcelona. Barrafina opened two years after Fino; an authentic tapas bar experience. The brothers have also written a book Modern Spanish Cooking.
