Talented mixologist, Tristan Stephenson, brings flare to cocktail making on Good Food Channel's Market Kitchen.

At only 24, Tristan runs his own bar at Fifteen Cornwall. He previously set up and ran the ‘Blue Tomato Café’ bar in Polzeath.

Born and bred in Cornwall, Tristan is more or less entirely self trained. His extensive drink knowledge comes from books and watching other bartenders. He also trained as a chef for a short time which put him in good stead for mixing cocktails! He has gone on to win the South West cocktail competition 2007 for his keen passion to source local and seasonal ingredients for his drinks.

After cocktails, Tristan's second love is coffee and he will be competing in the UK Barista championships this year.
