Caroline Hire

Following a degree in Classics, Caroline could no longer deny her passion for cooking and trained at Tante Marie School of Cookery.

She worked as a chef in various UK hotels before heading abroad to chef for Formula 1 drivers and crew. She now works as a restaurant critic and web journalist and never passes up the opportunity to bake her legendary carrot cake.
