Gordon Ramsay

Thanks to a raft of prime time TV shows, Gordon Ramsay has become one of the UK's most recognisable celebrity chefs. Perhaps known for his expletives as much as his cooking, his style is unmistakable.

As a teenager Gordon was on the books of his beloved Glasgow Rangers FC, but due to an injury, Gordon had to set his sights on another career. What was football's loss was the cooking world's gain. After catering college, Gordon worked in London for Marco Pierre White and Albert Roux - and then moved on to France to work under Joël Robuchon and Guy Savoy.

Gordon now has his own empire, which includes the self titled Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea plus restaurants in the Connaught, Claridge's and the Berkley - some of London's swankiest hotels. Gordon has also recently opened restaurants in Dubai and New York - there's just no stopping this celebrity chef!
