Glynn's restaurant Jessica has notched up a Michelin star in his home-town of Birmingham...
Glynn started working in a hotel kitchen at the age of 14 and has since worked in most sections of the hotel catering industry, soon realizing his passion lay in fine dining.
Glynn has a hefty number of awards under his belt, including the prestigious Salon Culinaire, the Academie de Culinaire Francaise Annual Award and the Rioja National Sous Chef of the Year (in 2000).
As well as working for Michelin award-winning Simpson's restaurant in Kenilworth, Glynn has worked on various placements with well-known chefs, including Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay and Alistair Little in the UK, and Guy Lassiuse and Philippe Garidou in France. His restaurant Jessica's has received glowing reviews and has also been awarded a Michelin star.
Glynn lives in Birmingham with his partner and baby son, Oliver.
