A frequent contributor to Good Food Channel’s Market Kitchen she’s not strictly speaking a chef but food journalism and trends are her passions, particularly anything to do with Malaysian food which she predicts will be the ‘next big thing’.
Amy grew up in America with a mixture of Italian and Irish extended family. Mealtimes were ‘a three-line whip’ where everything was discussed over potatoes or pasta.
