Food writer Stefan Gates is obsessed with extraordinary food.
Stefan was discovered as a food presenter after his friend filmed him cooking strange things. His introduced the nation to gastronomic adventure in his first series, Full On Food. He also presented Good Food Channel's Food Uncut.
His book Gastronaut describes some of the bizarre foodstuffs that have fascinated him, from guinea pig to gold!
