Eadie Manson
Scottish chef Eadie knew that good things were destined for him when he won Scotland and Ireland's Young Chef of the Year’s in his first year at Glenrothes College.
He went on to work as commis chef then chef de partie at St Monan’s The Seafood Restaurant and now works at Adam Smith College lecturing and catering for external events. Eadie is also regular contributor to Great Food Live.
