Ching-He Huang
Ching-He Huang's passion for healthy, delicious Chinese food and her elegant touch have ensured her a popular following during her regular appearances on Great Food Live and Market Kitchen. Ching has also presented her own series cooking lush and stylish noodles and other Chinese dishes in Ching's Kitchen.
Born in Taiwan and brought up in South Africa, Ching's parents moved to London and set up home in Golders Green when she was 11 years-old. After graduating from Queen Mary and Westfield College in 1991, with a first class degree in economics, she set up her own business. Fuge Ltd sells a range of cold noodle salads, which have now extended to include traditional leaf salads, side salads, gourmet pasta salads and healthy soft drinks.
Her first book, China Modern, full of oriental recipes and tips on how to make oriental food more accessible. She dreams of one day owning her own restaurant.
