Tonia did her apprenticeship from a very young age in her mother’s kitchen where she developed a passion for food.
She went on to develop a modern European cuisine and cooked in a gourmet chalet in France, but her real love has been Greek, Cypriot and Mediterranean cuisine.
Tonia has become the face for Greek food and culture, and has made several TV series, including one for Good Food Channel called ‘Beauty & the Feast’.
She is also a regular on Market Kitchen, bringing a bit of Mediterranean spice to the English kitchen.
She is a regular speaker at functions addressing Greek Cypriot Food, Family nutrition and Fun Food.
