A graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology, Darina is a bestselling author on Irish farmhouse cuisine and a leader of the slow food movement in Ireland. She tirelessly promotes Irish food at home and abroad.
Darina has presented nine series of her cookery programme "Simply Delicious" on television in Ireland and is the Mother in law of Rachel Allen.
