Party-loving Aldo Zilli is a multi-talented, passionate extrovert with numerous cookery accolades to his name.

Born in a tiny Italian fishing village, Aldo first realised his passion for cooking when he helped his mother in the kitchen - and no doubt she'd be rather proud of the son who's now an acclaimed cookery writer and proprietor of no less than four London establishments. Ranging from the elegant Signor Zilli (and its neighbouring bar) in Soho to funky Zilli Fish on Brewer Street, Aldo's Italian Empire shows no signs of slowing down. Zilli will even cater for you at home and runs cookery masterclasses in London and a cookery school in Italy.
