Eric Lanlard

He created Madonna's wedding cake and Brooklyn Beckham's 1st birthday cake and he doesn't even have a sweet tooth! Frenchman Eric Lanlard, a guest chef on Great Food Live, is one of the world's leading patissiers.

Originally from Brittany, Eric studied the craft of the chocolatier in Luxembourg. He went on to be recruited by the famous Roux Brothers in London and was soon running their patisserie business. In 1995 he started his own company, supplying patisserie to such leading London establishments as Fortnum and Mason, and in 2000 launched savoir design, supplier of cakes and pastries.
