Paul Hollywood
Originally trained as a sculptor, Great Food Live regular Paul Hollywood decided instead to turn his talented hand to the art of bread-making.
His passion for pastry led him into a career as Head Baker at various prestigious hotels, including The Dorchester Hotel, the Chester Grosvenor Hotel and the Cliveden Hotel in Berkshire. He also spent six years in Cyprus at the Annabelle and Annassa resorts.
As well as making various series for Carlton Food Network (Taste TV), Paul has appeared on Ready Steady Cook, The Generation Game and The Heaven and Earth Show for the BBC. He has also regularly appeared on ITV's This Morning. Now he is best know as a judge on The Great British Bake Off
Paul also has a small factory producing artisan breads and pastries. He has a client list including Harrods and supplies his products to delis and restaurants around London and the South East.
