I know this is very late and doesn't really forfil hat you have asked for, but there are 2 places i would recomend, 1st go to Anstruther for fish and chip (with chippy sauce!) there are quite possibly the best tasting fish and chips in the world, and 2nd go to Crail (just down the road from Anstuther) and go down to the harbour, there is a tiny shed/shack which sells fresh lobster and crab cooked to order, (or you can take away live ones) or fresh dressed crab, you can then sit on a big wooden bench over looking the harbour dipping lobster and crab in seafood sauce/butter/lemon juice, the shellfish is fantastic. Just remember totake loads of baby wipes to clean up with and a bottle (glass of course) of irnbru to drink.
Sorry again as its not what you asked for but i thought i'd share the love for these great seafood places.
