I think that he must have had a job lot on grey t-shirts this week so far, ( or is it the same one )

Where are all the MK recipes in the e-mail's you send out, Lately all i get is the Mon to Thurs recipes, (and some of them are missing)but no Friday! Also on site a lot of the recipes are missing as well, If you can't do the job properly, why bother?

But like the man said,everything in moderation,I take it that means starch as well.

I agree with you there, Matt is a good presenter,In fact i would say he was the best on MK, Although i would like to see more of Alan Craze, Alan and Matt make a good combo together
